Two men entered the shop and, following suspicious behaviour, were challenged by a security guard.

It is then alleged they produced the weapon and threatened the employee, also subjecting them to racist abuse.

The pair managed to make off with a basket full of stolen goods.

Officers are now investigating and have released images of two men.

A police spokesman said: “Investigating officers would now like to identify and speak to the two men pictured.
