A police helicopter was spotted as a manhunt was launched following a BB gun attack.
Officers were called to the Boatyard in Tovil, Maidstone, at about 8.40pm yesterday and later arrested a 46-year-old man.
The victim, who was also threatened with a knife, required treatment from paramedics.
Amid the search for the suspect, a police helicopter was seen hovering near the M20.
Officers then attended Lock Lane, Maidstone, where they arrested a 46-year-old man, who was known to the victim, on suspicion of assault.
He remains in custody.
